CRPF jawan found dead

A CRPF jawan was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a camp in Bandipora district of north Kashmir today.

Head constable Dharam Singh, a radio operator, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at the headquarters of 45th battalion at Sumbal, 25 kms from here, a police spokesman said.

Police have initiated inquest proceedings to ascertain the cause of his death.
