Decomposed body recovered

of a 45-year-old was recovered from a culvert near Bhanjanagar in Ganjam district of Odisha, the police said.

The deceased, whose body was found yesterday, was identified as Bidyadhar Swain of Sarapalli village.

Swain had not returned to house since Monday, family members of the deceased said.

Exact cause of the death would be known after post-mortem, the police said.
