The national capital experienced a sultry morning today with the humidity level rising to over 68 per cent.
The city received 0.2-mm rainfall till 8.30 AM today, and the MeT department has predicted a partly cloudy sky for the rest of the day.
The minimum temperature was registered at 28.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal.
