DMK MLAs contribute one month's salary for flood relief works

Opposition DMK MLAs today contributed their one month salary towards the Tamil Nadu government's flood relief activities.

The MLAs gave away a total of Rs 11.85 lakh following DMK President M Karunanidhi's request, a party statement here said.

The DMK has 23 MLAs in the state Assembly.
