Donald Sutherland proved how seriously he takes his negative role in 'The Hunger Games' by throwing berries at the audience during the Teen Choice Awards, where he was named the Choice Villain.
The 79-year-old actor appeared on stage with a black bag in two to accept his award for his negative role in the hit franchise.
"You named me the most villainous? My wife - I have been married for 42 years - my wife asked me to tell you that she agreed with you. I on the other hand, do not. I think, on the contrary, that I am very nice. Sweet-tempered and generous - so generous in fact that I have brought you souvenirs from Panem!," Sutherland joked.

"They're berries - I wouldn't eat them if I were you!," the actor warned before throwing them to the audience.
Berries, as the fans of 'Hunger Games' know, played a crucial part in the first film. They killed one of the tributes while Peeta was saved from eating them by Katniss Everdeen, the film's heroine.
Sutherland's character of President Snow orders head gamemaster Seneca Crane to the poisonous berries when Peeta and Katniss won the game by gaining the sympathy of the voters by opting to die together by eating the berries.
'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' hits theaters on November 21.
The hit movie franchise, starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson and Elizabeth Banks, is based on the hit dystopian novel by Suzanne Collins.
