Singer Bobbi Kristina Brown's autopsy has revealed she died from a combination of drugs and drowning.
The results can be seen in a document released by Fulton County Medical Examiner on Friday, March 4, reported Aceshowbiz.
A toxicology report found drugs, including "marijuana, alcohol (ethanol), benzoylecgonine (a cocaine-related substance), benzodiazepines (medications used for sedation or to treat anxiety), and morphine" in her system at time of death.

It could not be determined from toxicology tests whether the morphine resulted from heroine use.
The report also noted that the 22-year-old daughter of late singer Whitney Houston showed signs of acute injury (bruising and scarring) and that, at 95 pounds, was "under-nourished." It, however, cannot be determined if her death was intentional or unintentional.
The autopsy results were previously sealed due to ongoing investigation involving her boyfriend Nick Gordon. A judge granted a request from a local media outlet to unseal them on Thursday, while police "investigation into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown will continue.
