Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Rameshwar Dudi today demanded suspension of BJP MLA Kailash Choudhary from the House for making derogatory remarks against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on JNU issue.
Dudi said that the issue will be raised in the ensuing Assembly session.
"Choudhary's remarks are highly condemnable and legal action should be taken against him. The MLA has violated constitutional morality and he should be suspended from the membership of the house," he said.

The MLA, who represents Baytoo constituency in Barmer district, had on Wednesday called Rahul Gandhi a traitor and said he should be hanged and shot for siding with anti-national elements in JNU.
Meanwhile, PCC President Sachin Pilot said the party workers will tomorrow assemble in front of SP offices in all the district and demonstrate against the MLA and demand his arrest.
