Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath and other officials today held a meeting here with political parties on poll-related issues ahead of next year's Assembly polls in Rajasthan.
The team led by Sampath, which was in the city to review preparations in the poll-bound state, met representatives from parties like Congress, BJP, BSP and CPI, an official spokesperson said.
Deputy Election Commissioner Sudhir Tripathi also held separate meetings with officials and directed them to make efforts to increase voter turnout for the polls, the spokesperson added.
