Egypt and Saudi Arabia agree USD 16 billion investment fund

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Saudi King Salman oversaw the signing of several agreements, including a USD 16 billion investment fund, as the monarch visited Egypt for a third day.

A live Egyptian state television broadcast yesterday showed an official announcing the deals, signed by a representative of each country and in the presence of the two heads of state at a Cairo palace.
