Elderly man killed by unidentified assailants

An elderly man was killed by unidentified persons in Dalmau area of Rae Bareli district, a police spokesman said here today.

Chotte Lal Yadav (65) was killed by unidentified persons, who inflicted serious injuries on his head while he was sleeping outside his house in Purekaali village late last night, he said.

A case has been lodged at Dalmau police station in this connection.
