Actor Ranveer Singh today said he was in two minds over taking up the role in Vikramaditya Motwane's upcoming period romance drama 'Lootera' as he felt he could not do justice to the character.
'Lootera' (robber), set in 1950s Bengal, features Ranveer as an intense lover, the character he has not explored so far, romancing Sonakshi Sinha.
"When I started working on this movie... I was frustrated on the fourth day itself. I felt I couldn't do it but it was our director Vikramaditya Motwane who helped me let go my fears. I explored a different side of myself as a performer," Ranveer told reporters here at the music launch of the film.
