Explosives seized in northwest Pakistan

A santro car fitted with three cylinders full of explosives was tonight seized in northwest Pakistan's restive Khyber Agency, security sources said.

They said the car was moving from Bara in Khyber Agency and was seized by security forces during checking at Takht Baig.

The seizure came hours after the Taliban announced that they would not be extending their ceasefire.
