Union Minister Kalraj Mishra today said that farmers "agree with the central government" on the Land Acquisition Bill but some people are misleading them.
"Farmers agree with the central government on the bill but some persons are misleading them and are opposing it," the minister for Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises said.
Kalraj said that the new bill would be beneficial for the farmers.
"Congress and few other political parties are politicising the issue," he said.
Kalraj said that everyone knows who ruled the country for maximum time but no attention was paid on amending the Land Bill.
