The night curfew in border areas of Bikaner district has been extended by another two months to check smuggling and infiltration from Pakistan.
The district administration took the decision after a review of the curfew which is a routine process in every two months.
This helps the authorities to check smuggling and infiltration from across the Indo-Pak border here.

"No one will be allowed to enter into the area without permission from 7 pm to 6 am under Section 144 of CrPC and action against those violating the curfew will be taken," said district collector Arti Dogra.
Ballar, Gulamaliwala, Siyasar Chaugan, Bairiyawali, Karanwala, Ranjitpura are among the villages which are covered in the order.
