A fire broke out at a chemical plant in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, but so far no casualties have been reported.
Firefighters and personnel from the local public security and forestry departments have been dispatched to douse the blaze that broke out in the Dezheng Chemical Plant in Dengkou County, state-run news agency Xinhua reported.
According to the firefighters, the fire broke out in a raw materials warehouse, which has now collapsed.
No casualties have been reported so far, and the plant workers and nearby residents have been relocated to safer locations, the report said.
