Five injured in bomb blast

Five persons were injured in

a bomb explosion in Kaliachak area of Malda district this evening, the police said.

The incident occurred at Bagichapur locality at about 7 PM.

The condition of four of the five injured are serious. All are hospitalised.

Police said conflicting versions of the reason of the explosion are being heard and investigating is on.
