Five-year-old girl dies in roof collapse

A kid was killed today and 10 others were injured when the roof of a house collapsed in North Delhi's Shradhanand colony area.

The incident took place at 12:30 pm killing Pooja (5) on the spot while injuring 10 others, police said.

The injured were rushed to a hospital and were discharged after the treatment.

Fire tenders were rushed to the spot and a joint rescue operation was conducted by Delhi Disaster Management Authority, Delhi Fire Services and Delhi Police after authorities were notified, police said.
