Four persons were killed on the spot and three others got injured when a tractor-trolley in which they were travelling in overturned after being hit by a truck at Naal in Bikaner district the police said today.
The deceased were identified as Bhanwar Singh, Prem Singh, Brijlal, and Sumer Singh, Radha Krishna, a police officer, said.
Three injured were rushed to PBM-hospital in Bikaner in critical condition, he said.
The victims were returning from Bikaner to PBM-Poogal village near Naal last evening when the truck rammed into their tractor-trolley laden with stones and other goods, he said.
Vehicles were impounded while the truck driver fled from the scene, he said.
