Four sentenced to life term for murder

A local court has awarded life sentence to four persons including two brothers in a five year old murder case.

While pronouncing the verdict here yesterday, Special Judge Harihar Prasad Yadav awarded life imprisonment to Dharmpal, Manroop, Pratap and Manveer for killing Lallu Singh over a property dispute on May 11, 2009 in Nagla Bisala village in Dataganj.

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on each of the convicts.
