Four UP Power Corp employees suspended

Four employees, including two executive engineers, of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation have been suspended for alleged financial irregularities.

Executive engineers Ratnesh Kumar, R B Chaudhary and two other staff were suspend last night for alleged financial irregularities at Sonbhadra distribution unit during 2009- 2011, Managing director of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PVVNL), Alok Kumar said.

The irregularities came to light after an audit team submitted its report to the government.
