Fr Archibald Albuquerque dead

Fr Archibald J Albuquerque, parish priest of St Roque Church at Neerude near here, died today following a massive heart attack, Church sources said.

He was 62. Fr Albuquerque, who was ordained as priest in 1981, took over as parish priest of Neerude church in 2013. He had served as parish priest of Borimar, Basrur, Nirkan, Manjeshwar, Badyar and Nakre before taking over at Neerude church.
