Gadkari performs bhoomipujan of 200-ft flag project in Nagpur

Union Minister for Transport and Shipping Nitin Gadkari today performed 'bhoomipujan' of a 200-ft tall national flag project at the sprawling Kasturchand Park grounds here.

A 90x60 feet tricolour will unfurl on a 200-feet high pole to be set up in a corner of Kasturchand Park in the central part of city.

It is a joint project of Nagpur Municipal Corporation and the media conglomerate Lokmat group.

City Mayor Praveen Datke and former MP Vijay Darda were present among others on this occasion.
