Gehlot elected president of Scout & Guide Organisation

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was elected unopposed recently president of the Scout and Guide Organisation for a three-year term.

K P Mishra from Odisha, N A Khan (J&K), Satyanarayan Sharma (Chhattisgarh) and Usha Kumar (Delhi) were elected vice-presidents, an official release said here today.

The elections were held in Delhi, it said adding the organisation was active in 216 countries.
