Army chief Gen Bikram Singh today held a farewell dinner for Defence Minister A K Antony here.
The Army Chief, who also heads the Chiefs of Staffs Committee, hosted the farewell dinner at the Akash Air Force officers' mess here.
Senior military and civilian officers were present, Army officials said here.
Antony, who had replaced Pranab Mukherjee as the Defence Minister in UPA-I government in 2006, is the longest-serving Defence Minister in the country.
