Govinda turns up at Swami Haridas festival

Bollywood actor and former Member of Parliament Govinda made an appearance at the Swami Haridas Music and Dance Festival late in the evening here.

The actor said he had decided to visit the festival as a mark of respect for his mother who had wanted him to do so.

Paying tribute to Swami Haridas, the saint in whose memory the festival is organised every year, Govinda even hummed a few lines of a bhajan on the occasion.
