Guards killed by container vehicle

Two security guards of a logistics firm died in a road accident in Khurja town near here today.

Vikram Singh and Vijendra Singh, who worked as security guards at Arshiya Logistics Group were returning home on bicycles when they were crushed by a speeding container vehicle of the firm itself, a police officer said today.

Both died on the spot, SP Rural Vijay Gautam said, adding that the driver of container vehicle has been arrested.
