The gunmen, who were riding a motorcycle, shot the two men while they were working inside a shop on Double Road in Quetta.
They were killed instantly, police said.
The attackers managed to escape.
Police launched a search for the killers but were unable to make any arrests.
Balochistan has been rocked by widespread militant and sectarian violence over the past few years.
