HDFC Bank sets up special cell for start-ups in Indore

Private lender HDFC Bank today started a special cell here to provide banking solutions to start-up companies.

The special cell, SmartUP Zone, has been set up in one of the branches of the leading private bank in the city.

"Through SmartUP Zone, start-up companies would get the facility of banking services and payment solutions," HDFC zonal head Sudesh Jaisinghani told reporters on the occasion.

HDFC Bank set up its first SmartUP Zone in New Delhi.

Similar facilities will be started in 65 branches of the bank across 30 cities, he said.
