TV personality Heidi Montag's father Bill Montag has been arrested by Aspen police for allegedly committing child sexual abuse and incest for years with a 13-year-old girl.
According to the complaint, Bill abused the girl from 1993 to 1998, reported TMZ online.
The alleged victim said the last incident happened in 1998. The alleged victim told authorities that she came forward now because she wanted to protect other girls from becoming victims.
Sources close to Heidi said that the alleged victim could not be trusted. The sources claimed the accuser "is determined to destroy the family." The accuser allegedly "has stalked Heidi and Spencer at various public appearances to the point security had to remove her."
Heidi and her husband believe her father "will be exonerated.
