Hemant Pitty elected president of powerlifting federation

IPF has elected its 13-member new officer-bearers for the period 2012-2016 during its Annual General Meeting held here on Saturday, said the outgoing General Secretary of the Federation Subrata Dutta here today.

While Avijit Mazumdar and Manik Toshare were elected as vice-presidents for the first time, Anwar Hussain and Satish Kumar were re-elected. E Sanjeevan Bhaskaran and Krishna Sahu were elected joint secretaries of the federation.
