'Highly Regarded' wins Kallar plate

'Highly Regarded' trained by B Suresh and ridden by S Kabthar won the Kallar plate, the chief event of the races held here today.

The winner is owned by Rm Lakshmanan.

Trainer R Foley saddled four winners while jockeys M P Prem and M J Casey rode two winners each.
