The personal security officer of Himachal Pradesh Industry Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, who had allegedly opened fire at a youth in the parking of a hotel, was remanded to 12-day judicial custody by a local court.
PSO Pankaj Sharma along with the driver of the minister were arrested yesterday after the incident and both of them have been placed under suspension.
The PSO had opened the fire after an argument with the youth over parking of vehicle.
