HPCL appoints J Ramaswamy as Director-Finance

J Ramaswamy today took over as the Director (Finance) of Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL).

He takes over from K V Rao who superannuated yesterday, the company said in a statement.

"A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Ramaswamy has wide exposure to the petroleum industry spanning over 31 years in the areas of corporate finance, treasury management, internal audit and marketing and refinery finance," it said.

Prior to this, he was Executive Director - Corporate Finance in HPCL.
