Hyd HC judges not to withdraw their salary immediately

The judges and registrars of the Hyderabad High Court have decided not to withdraw their salaries immediately to let other staff in need of cash draw their salaries first.

A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the judges, sources said.

The idea is to let other staff, especially those not familiar with electronic transactions, take cash first as only a limited amount is being disbursed in the banks, they said.

The salaries of high court employees are deposited in the branch of State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) located in the court premises.
