IPS officers transferred

Tamil Nadu Government today appointed Inspector General of Police (Election) S N Seshasai as Commissioner of Police, Tiruppur.

In the latest shuffling of IPS officers, the government transferred DIG (Elections) N K Senthamarai Kannan and posted him as DIG Tiruchirapalli, an official release said.

"DIG C Easwaramoorthy who has returned from Central Bureau of Investigation is posted as DIG-Intelligence (Internal Security) in a post created, by keeping in abeyance the post of DIG, CID Intelligence, Chennai", it said.
