The Bharatiya Janata Party's Jharkhand unit today celebrated the party's victory in the Assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
Party workers distributed sweets and played bands. Former chief minister Arjun Munda himself went to a sweet stall to purchase sweets for distribution.
Jharkhand Urban Development Minister C P Singh distributed blankets among the poor.

Deputy Mayor Sanjiv Vijay Vergia said distribution of blankets would be taken up at different places, a party release said.
The result clearly indicated that there is no alternative to the BJP, state Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Affair Minister Saryu Roy said in Jamshedpur.
