JMM nominates Shibu Soren's son Basant as RS candidate

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) today nominated party chief Shibu Soren's younger son Basant Soren as candidate for the Rajya Sabha elections.

Party's working president and former chief minister Hemant Soren announced the name at a press conference here.

Tomorrow is the last date for filing of nominations and the elections for two seats will be held on June 11.
