Kamdhenu Ispat today reported a marginal decline in its net profit at Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as against Rs 2.23 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's total income fell to Rs 209.14 crore in the September quarter from Rs 225.53 crore during the same quarter last fiscal.

National Highways Construction Cost Index at 107.7 in Sep:NHAI * National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) today said the overall construction cost index of roads was recorded flat at 107.7 in September 2015 as compared to a year-ago period.
"Overall index for the month of September 2015 [with base April, 2013 = 100] stands at 107.7 compared to 107.8 in August 2015 and 107.7 in September 2014. It has remained same as in the same month in the previous year, but decreased by 0.09 per cent over the previous month," it said in a statement.
