Actress Kate Hudson says her inspiration and "life-force" is her mother Goldie Hawn.
The "Almost Famous" actress - who has sons Ryder, 11, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, and Bingham, four, with former fiance Matt Bellamy - says her mom means everything to their family, reported People magazine.
"As much as she means to other people for other reasons, she is literally the life-force for me and my family."
The 36-year-old beauty is preparing for the release of her new lifestyle book, "Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body" - in which she shares how she became "healthy, strong and beautiful from the inside out - and hopes the guide provides her fans with "inspiration and motivation" to lead a better life.
