Katie Holmes apologises to Tom Cruise

Holmes filed for divorce from Cruise in June, ending their six-year-old marriage. The reports of separation came as a surprise to Cruise as the "Mission Impossible" actor had no knowledge about Holmes' decision, reported Showbizspy.

"Katie has apologised to him. She feels bad about the way everything unfolded, and she's sorry that she embarrassed him.

"But I doubt they'll ever be friends. Tom rarely misses a chance to bring up their relationship, or say something catty," a source said.
