Ken-Betwa river-linking project MoU soon: Meghwal

UnionMinister of State for Water Resources Arjun today said an MoU between Madhya Pradesh and governments for the Ken-Betwa Link Project (KBLP) will be signed by end of this month.

KBLP is the first among the Inter-linking of Rivers project which is ready for implementation, he said.

spoke to reporters here ahead of the 3rd edition of 'Bhujal Manthan' conference organised by the (CGWB) in from February 16.

About 2,000 participants including functionaries of gram panchayats as well as scientists and researchers will be taking part in the conference.
