Kim Kardashian, Kanye West purchase neighbour's house

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her husband have bought a house next to their new USD 20 million mega-mansion in Hidden Hills for USD 2,925,000.

According to the real estate site Trulia, the deal closed on December 15, reported Ace Showbiz.

The "weathered" 2,842 square-foot residence sits on its own 1.49 acres.

The couple purchased the USD 20 million mansion back in August. The lavish property is just five minutes away from her mother Kris Jenner's house, where they are currently living.

In September, they decided to sell their half-finished mansion in Bel-Air Crest, Los Angeles for USD 11 million.
