KLO cadre nabbed in Kokrajhar

Security forces nabbed a Myanmar-trained Kamtapur Liberation Organisation (KLO) cadre on Friday in Assam's Kokrajhar district, the police said.

A joint operation was launched by the army and police personnel following a tip off and the militant was apprehended in Gossaigaon town.

The security forces recovered a pistol and five rounds of ammunitions from the militant, the police added.
