Kumar Sanjay Krishan takes charge as Assam chief secretary

Senior IAS officer Kumar Sanjay Krishna on Tuesday took charge as the chief secretary of Assam.

He took charge from Alok Kumar who retired from service.

Krishna, a 1985 batch IAS officer, was earlier the additional chief secretary of Home and Political, Revenue and Disaster Management, Information and Public Relations, and Printing and Stationery Departments.
