: The next Kumbhaabhishekam for the famous Ramanathasamy temple here would be done in February 2016, temple officials said.
They said "two more "Annathana centres" (free food centre) would be started very soon at Nambuynaayaki Amman temple and Lakshmaneeshwarar temple here."
Rest rooms at Nandavanam Auditorium in the temple here for devotees were ready for occupation, as also a marriage hall. A mandapam built of black stone before the amman sanathi here was also getting readied, they said at a meeting.

Renovation work, including painting for lodges in and around the temple was in progress, they said.
Inside the temple, renovation work,including painting has been completed and permisson had been sought from the Hindu Charitable Endowment Board to paint the towers in many colours
Kumbhabishekham for the temple was last done on 2011.
Officials discussed how to increase the security to the temple as well as devotees who visit it.
Temple Joint commissioner, S Selvaraj, Deputy Superintendent of Police Muthuramalingam and other officials participated in the meeting.
