Lady Gaga has slammed criticism about her recent weight gain by posting a picture captioned with 'Curvy and Proud'.

The Mother Monster, as Gaga is known to her fans, posed on top of a convertible car for the picture.

Gaga debuted a fuller figure during her #artRave tour with many commentators calling her fat.

In 2012, the singer revealed that she had suffered eating disorder and now focuses on being happy rather than worrying about her figure.
