Law official suspended for demanding money from PCS officer

A law official, who was arrested for demanding money from a senior PCS officer, has been suspended.

Assistant review officer Atul Sharma, who is attached to law department, has been suspended, special secretary law J P Singh said here today.

Sharma was arrested by Hazratganj police yesterday for threatening and demanding money from senior PCS officer Akhilesh Kumar, posted as regional food controller Jhansi.
