Lightning kills 3 in MP

Three farmers, including two

women, were electrocuted after being struck by lightning, police said today.

A woman farmer, identified as Mousamvari Gond(37), was killed when lightning struck her while she was sowing seeds in her field, Kurai police station in-charge Shivraj Singh said today.

In similar incidents at Gorakhpur and Tilepani villages under Chapara police station, a woman identified as Revati Bai (28) and one Girajlal Barkade (40) also lost their lives when they were hit by lightning.
