"The logo 'Inclusive India-Uphold equal dignity to all' reflects the point that every citizen of this country deserves equal opportunity in social sphere irrespective of his ethnicity, caste or creed," Ashok Bharti, who is associated with NACDOR, said.

The NACDOR, a growing network of grass-root Dalit organisations, collaborates with broader movements for raising the issues related to the community.

"We must earnestly work to root out social stratification in our society and not shy away from from taking part in politics. We cannot leave politics for 'bad people' and say we are too decent to enter politics," CPI(M) leader Brinda Karat said.

NACDOR presently comprises of more than 300 organisations in BIMARU states (Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal) and non-BIMARU states of Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry.
