Maggie Grace, Matthew Cooke call off engagement

"Taken" star Maggie Grace and Matthew Cooke have called off their engagement less than a year after he got down on one knee and proposed.

Maggie was seen without her ring when she attended "The Choice" premiere in Los Angeles earlier this week but the pair parted ways in November, only nine months after announcing the engagement, reported Just Jared.

Posting a photograph of a quote that reads 'Life is a balance of holding on and letting go,' to her Instagram account in November, Maggie admitted she was single again.

She captioned it: "Recently, I've been embracing balance... And being single again (sic).
